been determined. All this
even under the most favourable
circumstances the
Company
could not
possibly compete with the home cement until long after the Salt Water
works would
be
completed.
We therefore beg to report that all the facts of the
case have
been considered, and
we
are
of opinion that van Orange
acted conscientiously in
reporting
as he did
on
the quality of the cement, and
that there
are no
